Guidance Note 2011 is formulated for preparing the Disaster Preparedness and Response Plan. This note is prepared from the feedback of all the humanitarian partners. The taskforce was formed under the leadership of Under Secretary/Disaster Management Section/MoHA with the representative from UN Agencies, Nepal Redcross, AINTDGN and DP-Net.
